Sydney suck this season and never deserved to be in finals. This result was always coming.

I am pretty sure Sydney came good towards the end of the season because the players started to understand each others game and managed to get results in spite of Corica.
With a bit of luck they went well enough for him. to see his contract out and will be there next season.
I do not see him being good enough to build a new team that will be a finals threat.

Failed every single time he has been asked to change absolutely anything about the team Arnie handed to him.

I think he will get sacked next season when he can't replace any of his now geriatric squad.
