I am pretty sure that all ownership discussions/negotiations are on hold until the future of the independent A-League negotiations about broadcast deals and sponsorship is resolved. Until that time there can be no idea of what annual grant each club will receive from the League.
There is no way a value can be placed on a licence until this number is known.
Expect continuing silence until after July.
I hope at that point the future ownership can be resolved fairly quickly.
