I had a play on paint with the New York Cosmos jersey from last year... what do you guys think of this as a possible away or ACL jersey?

Nice effort but I'm not a fan. I dont like the pattern around the collar. Also, it's the wrong shade of blue and there isn't enough yellow. IMO, our home kit should be plain yellow with some unobtrusive navy trimming around the collar and sleeves, and the away kit should be the opposite. Simple.

I'm Danish... Supported FC Copenhagen, closest club rivals, Brøndby, blue and yellow, closest international rivals, Sweden - as above - I've booed blue and yellow most of my life, it was hard enough to suddenly follow it, let alone actually recycling a Swedish uniform! I object! ;-)

Don't get me wrong, our colours should remain the same. What I wanted to know was should the shirt design be the same every season? Because up till now we have had several different patterns. Or should the design be "plain yellow with some unobtrusive navy trimming around the collar and sleeves, and the away kit should be the opposite" every year.

I think the "away should be opposite" should change up a bit. Wouldn't mind a revival of the nice vertical stripe kit we had for a bit, make that our away or third. Home kits should be predominately yellow with navy borders. Also the type of "navy borders" should change often. But like, look at Liverpool or something. Variation on a simple, definitive theme re: home kits. Away kits...well, whatever you want I guess. There is only ten clubs so having a combo of home/away/third kits that are guaranteed not to clash is easy pickings. Why not go crazy and have that pink as our only away kit, or that nice looking dark grey kit Reddy has been donning as a third against the Sky-Poos or something.

In my ideal world we would wear yellow at home, play at a stadium called Bluetongue (or Fortress Bluetongue) and we wouldn't lose players in January.

I agree with eenfish... in as much as we can dick around with the away kit if need be. We need a contrasting kit form our yellow home one. I actually had the same thought on NYE with regards to Reddy's grey strip. I wondered what that would be like as a team kit. Pretty classy I reckon.
