ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

With the Mariners missing from Bluetongue for seven weeks I would hope more than a few of us will be able to go and watch our NYL boys. At full strength there is a great deal of talent notwithstanding recent results. I can't wait to watch the likes of Amini, Sainsbury, Warren, Mallia and Bernie in action.

EXCLUSIVE: Auckland City youngster Tom Doyle is one of four Australasian players selected for trials in the UK through Nike’s The Chance talent search, it’s been announced.
The three other winners were Tomas Rogic, 17, an attacking midfielder from the ACT; Nikodin Matic, 18, a goalkeeper from NSW and Alon Blumgart, 18, a central midfielder from Victoria.

I assume our Youth keeper? :)

Yep. He's going to England in January.

Full time at budgewoi between mariners and Melbourne youth league. Final score 2-0 to the blue and yellow. Matt Lewis and kwassie, one in each half. And 2 penalties, one for each team and we had our one saved and they skied theirs. Doig and porter put in a full shift also. Good win in miserable weather

Game we should have won about 8-2. Kwassy missing a bucket load. Bernie the star for us and looks to have grown even more over the off-season. His skills, passing and dribbling are just sublime.

Funniest event was their penalty in the last minute. One of their players yells out "Don't let Benny (their African striker) get the ball". Benny runs over and gets the ball while another team mate tries and wrestles the ball off him. After about two minutes of wrestling they almost come to blows but Benny wins out. Blasts his penalty over the bar.

I didn't see the argument from where I was but it's really quite amusing that he skied it way over the bar. Tops display by Bernie also now you mention it and he was taking players on to

Not if he blasts penalties over the bar :)
I will be very surprised if Arnie doesn't try to sign him for the first team next year.

Bernie didn't take our pen. Nick Fitz did and hit it straight at the keeper. Melbourne player Teddy Blasted over the top from the spot.
