that answers the question about cahill. what a shit - looked handy!

Maybe there is no room in the cap for him. If so, we might be waiting until another injury pops up and we can sign him or potential signing for new season when we shift the deadwood.

Also, now that the NYL is back up and running, whats the go with injury signings? I thought last year only youth players could be brought up for cover. That still the case?

couldn't stay on because he was injury cover for huke so i guess we really don't know what he is like

i watched him play last week. looked ok, busy in midfield and contributed in a settled performance. oh, and he was a bit of muscle in the middle too, but then again, we've got a bit of that already. ;)

ryan drops down because redmayne comes back. though i'm not sure why the other fella (who rode pine last week) isn't the fella dropping down - ryan is farking good.

If Ryan isn't selected but redders is. Doesn't that mean Ryan will still be on the bench for us?
Presumably so Redders can get some game time which he's been missing. Or because he's off to SHUTD soon?

Re Elrich...

Yep looks like it.... Mrdja into the youth squad and Elrich up to bench I'd say.
Personally think he's got a different mentality than NIk and may come good again.
It never happens quickly or easily even when a full recovery to form does happen.
Though Emmo looked good in Rovers thrashing the other night I thought!
Looking forward to seeing him play on saturday night!

I want to see him play first team football.
Blood him now. Whether it takes time or possibly even not, he's going to be a key player for us. Blood him now, and he'll definitely be ready come the pointy end of the season.

IMO, Weemac and Panni on the Park at the same time = fantastic midfield pairing with greater potential than McKay Murdocca who have been very successful for Roar.

Wasted potential spending this year just with the youth team.

Mrdja scored in the YL... ok great...
Just 20 more now Nik and I'll believe you may be ready to make a return.
