That’s one of the hardest to watch halves of football we have played all season. I get that this is the fourth game in two weeks but our ball movement is very laboured.

They don’t need to expend significantly more energy to move the ball more quickly and if we don’t improve significantly in the second half I am personally fearful of the final result.

Subs will help in defence, e.g. hall and miller, when mariners push to conserve energy later Bouman, casella and smylie can come on to put counter pressure on the defenders.

As for service there's no issue, Simon got the ball at his feet in the six yard box, and we're getting writhing in striking range
