ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

I think you can play Tulio if he is your only luxury player.
You can't add Beni and Ayongo who also do sod all grafting

I'm gonna just jump in my penny worth here.

Bay 16 needs to be empty tomorrow after the 20th minute. Don't care how busy the rest of the stadium is as long as 16 is empty. Personally I think it would look great if 15 and 17 were as well but understand that may not happen.

I will be joining the walk out. Since I no longer work for the club I am 100% a fan now and think walking out is the right decision. IF something changes personally and I don't walk out, I will be having a prawn sandwich.

Other point I'd like to mate. @StensnessGOAT - learn when what you are saying is not warranted or wanted and stop. This forum is for debating yes but not for stupid arguments that have long been rendered pointless.
Join us for the walkout and I will buy you a beer. Don't join us and nobody will bother you. Just don't be in Bay 16.

See you all tomorrow for a lovely 20 minutes.

Your choice (even if its at odds with your last statement).

Just a thought I know everyone has an opinion on this. Personally I won’t be walking out I want to support my team. I think it was mentioned before and would look better if you want to stay just move over so bay 16 is totally empty. That would look better on tv and might send a message. Just an idea let’s work together we all agree the decision was stupid.

Ill be voicing my concerns with the direction of this league with the only asset i know the league will listen to, my presence.

Enjoy.

Sozer
Storm Hall Triantis Faz
Ruhs Niz Max Tulio
Garang
Cumdog

Sorry for addingTulio but I'm sure Monty will play him
I also think Sozer needs a run. Monty's policy of benching poor performances and using our depth should apply to all, including the captain or its a joke. He's old, and short for a keeper. He needs speed and athleticism to compensate for his stature and these traits diminish with age.
I think Faz could also do with some time on the bench-Sasha Kuzevski is supposed to be more than adequate LB. Aquilina runs hot and cold and I'd be happy with Storm on the right, and I am not impressed with Tulio. He has some great moments but seems to turn the ball over too often and seems lazy tracking back to defend. Can Ayonga play on the wing? His speed, endurance and desire to win the ball may give us a better chance here, and lets us see what he can do when he does get the ball.

I get the desire to start Garang, but why change a winning formula? He usually does the business coming off the bench running at tired legs and I'm keen to see that continue. I was disappointed with Cummings last game, it wasnt like he was playing against the French back line, so Newie should have been a walk in the park by comparison. I note that Monty said he, Kuol and Vukovic were sick/jetlagged. If that is the case they should not have started over fully fit players-that IS why we have depth in the squad isnt it?

“Sources familiar with the matter say that the APL was required by a clause in that contract to achieve a certain number of subscriptions for Paramount+, the paid streaming service which launched last year in Australia and shows the majority of A-Leagues matches, but fell short of reaching the required target.”

‘As a result, the APL received less money than anticipated from Network 10 this season, and distributions to the 12 clubs were lower as a result - requiring A-League executives to look for another source of income to help make up the shortfall and keep some of the more precariously placed clubs from falling over.”

@marinermick oh but but but..... I’m marinermick, I can’t be wrong
Perhaps if they tried marketing the game they might have met their targets.
