ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Hi,

Im taking my father to the game this coming Sunday he is a huge fan, it would be great to surprise him with a beer at the venue where the CCM support team are meeting before the match. Is there a location?
Cheers,

Tim

Apparently the YA are meeting up at 3 at the northern end of the Moore Park fields next to Southern Cross Drive to march into the station. Not that they apparently wanted anyone on here to know about it.

Don't think that last little throwaway comment was all that necessary FWIW, but fair enough.
What ever happened to that 'Yellow Army Facebook Feed' thread?

I was a little frustrated that it wasn't publicised on here at all - people would likely have gladly gone along had they known about it. The problem of multi-stream communications...

As for the FB feed thread, it withered on the vine because it was just a bot feed rather than a discussion.

Personally, I'd much prefer to see some degree of personal engagement, but whether by design or omission (but starting from when the YA started its own forum) this site seems not to be a place that rates a mention for communication of plans etc.

It's like advertising an event in the Telegraph but not the Herald - a lot of people will miss out on the info.

Fair shout. I've only been posting on here sporadically and only firmed up details of the march in on Sunday morning. Was too hungover to think about posting it in here TBH <_<
I'll do my best to put stuff up when something is organised. First point of order - 'Old Skool Saturday' this weekend!

"Let's wind the clock back to where we started. Let's see those random Mariners home made shirts, head bands, wigs. We have had plenty of hard times as fans so let's enjoy our current form and get loose at Blue Tongue this week."

Time for the star trek shirts and the royal blue Mariners scarf?

Or even Marinators shirts? I missed out on the May 7 2005 shirts, but I have one of the fugly fluorescent ones and I've got a Dinamo Marinators shirt from 2007 or so as well...

One of the best early games was a shit game but heaps of fun in the bay - Mariners vs NZ Knights in January 06, we had a beach theme and I think Celery brought a big inflatable shark along that we were hurling at the poor bastard up on the camera gantry. Froggy was wandering around in his missus' bikini as well...
