ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Appreciate the game updates at Bluesfest so missed the game.

As a matter of interest or record the forum can choose. I am wearing my Mariners cap and over the last two days so far 14 different people have said hi we are Mariners fans to and of all different ages.

BTW the best was last night between shows and this lovely young lady in a green dress.. tapped me on the shoulder and asked were I lived...she said she came from the Coast to my heart rose and then she started talking about the Mariners and it was not my dashing looks she opened the conversation for.

This absolute salt mine Paul Ifill on the post game show is making this win even better. He is not happy lol
Slightly off topic but had a family function on and listened to 96.3 coverage with the Kiwi commentators. I must say that is some of the best commentary I have ever listened too. When the streaker went on the field and was tackled the Commentary was up there with the 12th man it was so funny and descriptive and lasted around 3 minutes . I haven’t laughed so much in years and all I could think of was the Max Walker 12th man streaker incident and Bill Lawry commentating. Priceless..

Their first home game of the season, are you suggesting they get that number to every game? You can’t be that naive unless you are a kiwi.
Of course not. But when's the last time we had 18000 at one of our home games? They've only got 1 A league team and a whole country to draw on as a fan base. I bet they get a massive crowd in Auckland next weekend as well.

McArthur haven't topped 2000 at a game this season. https://www.theroar.com.au/2022/04/17/they-tried-and-failed-can-macarthur-survive/amp/

Watched before I went out to Bluesfest.Great result and everyone put in a good shift.A pity we rained on the Nix's parade but we needed that win and the goals for and against will be a great help if it is tight to make the final six.

If I see a bloke in a Mariners cap today I will say hello but I won't be wearing a green dress lol.

The Cummentaters on p- said that the crowd was "papered" ...tons of freebies to disadvantaged kids associations ..nothing wrong with that at all ...but it did jack the crowd up a bit ...also...what streaker?

That's the sort of thing any team should be doing for this sort of event.

Yeah, late in the game somebody ran on the pitch - the broadcaster chose to spend a minute or two of crowd shots rather than giving the idiot their glory.
