ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Gotta say, how stupid that yellow cards follow over to Rd 1......it's a pre-season game FFS.

Means Macca, Sash and Smitta need to be careful this weekend otherwise they're out Rd 1 vs Newcastle!  I reckon Mrdja will come on for Macca, Lawrie won't want to lose him!

I definitely reckon it is a stupid rule. But one side of me will be laughing if half of Sydney is suspended for round one after the way they hacked the shit out of us at Bosnich-mania. They deserve no less.

The loss of Ufuk-ing kickmerchant hasn't stemmed their brutal ways it's safe to say.

Definitely a load of cr*p. Card should be kept in the confines of each competion and not carried over to HAL season proper.  :redcard: to FFA - again!

Anyone catch football superstar last night and see how "Vatelli" (sp?) when the SFC wannabees are losing 5 zip in Futsal, he tells them they have to go in hard because watchin those guys is makin im sick!! I like a physical game, but was just so lacking in class, talk about a fly on the wall into the Bling change rooms and their mind set for whenever they are being beaten.
(Or anytime really I guess)

As to the yellows carrying over, farking hell, they made it only two didn't they to a suspension? And now they are carrying it over into season proper. FFA, can't we at least get to the season proper before we start in with the god awful decisions?

Also don't we have a few boys on a yellow going into the Roar match?

Mmmmm I hope Scum is reffed by that young yellow happy ref this week!

Yeh, I saw that on FSuperstar and thought exactly the same thing. I was just imagining the guy saying the same thing to Ufuk Talay before he went out and broke heff's leg. Or the rest of the team before virtually every one of them smashed Clark till he was wrapped up like a mummy.

will there be any radio coverage of the game?

+1...

Anyone?

Not from Coast-FM, saving money for season proper.

Does anyone know of anyone going to the game that can send us updates????

I found a few contact numbers for The Strikers that play at Perry Park, so if all else fails I'll try to make some new friends again  ;D  (Like I did with the Belconnen Club) to get us some updates!!!  :eek:verhead:

Surely there has to be some radio or streaming coverage...
(Would be a good service of the official sites! - or at least a link to something else)
I can't hunt around now, but will try late tonight if no one has come up with the goods by then...

Melbourne 1 - 0 Jest
Adelaide 0 - 0 Perth

So Melb to final
We make final with win or AND Phoenix lose or draw OR we draw AND Phoenix lose.
If that happens we have better GD - do we host it?

Yeah, and Danny's gonna start. Shields (with maybe some justification) will be thinking he shouldn't be there... (you do the maths :().
