Talking to a friend today who I hadn't seen for a few months.He's a mad sports fan generally,taking an interest in most sports and is probably your typical part time CCM fan,turning up 3 or 4 times a season.

He had no idea that we were playing on Wednesday.He knew we were in the ACL but just assumed it was at the start of next season.

Is he just a bit dumb or has the promotion targeting the general public just been crap?

Oh and when I asked if he hadn't read about it in the local rag he told me it gets picked up off the driveway and goes in the bin without reaching the house which funnily enough is what I used to do with it before CCM came along.

Massive occasion for the players I think they will all lift after the way the season ended just hoping Wilko leads.

If anything has dissapointed me this year it is this point. Wilko's failure to keep composure and direction for the teams sake has been alarming.
With a mature head beside him i reckon he would turn into one of the best young defenders the a-league has.

If they had of signed an expeirienced CB i would have put my house on us going thru.
