ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!
If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.
ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.
Please do - I genuinely don't rememberHmmm - we play against Aloisi as a Manager for the first time.
Can someone please remind me again what he said about us when he left to go to bling on his oh so successful stint there?
He said watching over 80,000 people pack ANZ Stadium last November to watch Sydney against LA Galaxy spurred his decision to switch clubs.
"I wanted to be part of something big," Aloisi said.
I can't stand this "big club" rubbish propagated by fox sports commentators....
They are big city clubs. Not big clubs.
“I’m excited to be at Sydney FC,” Aloisi said. “I am still a very ambitious person and I want to win things and I see Sydney FC as the team to do that with.
He may have been on the team, but how many actual games did he play, or score in....
That he joined a team for more money ... like name three sports people of any sport that have not ...
+ back in the day John Hutchinson, Alex Wilkinson, Matt Simon, Danny Vukovic...Paolo Maldini, Paul Scholes, Gary Neville

Played 24 (16 starts), 1567 minutes, 9 goals.
Our best that year was Matt Simon (P:25 S:24 M:2067 G:7 - http://www.ultimatealeague.com/player_detail.php?player_id=46) as part of our worst ever team and campaign.
I don't reckon Aloisi missed us at all that year.
