Agree Bingham has had his chances and looks way down on his luck, trying too hard and over complicating things.

Spoke to Powell last week at Rebel and he said he was playing a trial game with NPL boys on the weekend and possibly be picked in the squad for victory home game (this weekend).

Yeah sweet. We need someone else over Bingham. Knocking that ball out with a gaping goal was unforgivable. He just wasn't expecting it to get past Reddy and as a striker you need to be ready for everything. Hes just not got the game time which is a shame. So much promise but just hasn't delivered when given a chance

Spoke to Powell last week at Rebel and he said he was playing a trial game with NPL boys on the weekend and possibly be picked in the squad for victory home game (this weekend).

There was no trial game for the NPL/NYL boys last weekend, although he did train with the NYL on Monday. They are scheduled to have a trial game this Saturday so if he is playing in that he won't be selected for the squad against Victory. That's not to say he won't get selected against Victory - he just won't be playing both.

Let's face it he hasn't played for ages. He'd be no where near match fit.

Powell surely has to be a better option than Bingaz at the moment.

As much as folks are understandably focused on our apparent defensive failings (and I continue to suggest that there are issues further up the park that are significantly contributing to these), the inability for our subs to seemingly have a meaningful impact is another concern that many other A League teams don't suffer as acutely from as ours.

Problem for me is he had given up. He only knew it had passed Reddy when it hit his shin. That's not a good striker
