ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Josh Nisbet leaves here a total icon of our little footy club. I hope he’s appreciated half as much, wherever he goes, as he is here.

Good to know the club really tried to get another season out of him but no can say he doesn’t deserve to play at a higher level.

In a way Nizzy is the perfect representation of our club, written of by all but through sheer perseverance and self belief has reached achievements that all others deemed impossible.

An incredibly special player, starting cm in my all time 11 without doubt.

Such a shame 3 long serving academy greats (and probably Faz to come) who were pivotal to our success are all gone for free. The club needs and derves good money from outbound players, especially in this fragile economic climate the APL have put us in.

Niz officially gone

Relieved that it is an "overseas" opportunity (providing they don't mean "Auckland"). Would have been gutted to see him run round the A League in another clubs colours especially if the colour was sky blue.

Loved watching him play since the first time I saw him in the NYL when he was indistinguishable from the kids that walked out with them, all the way to being a Johnny Warren medal winning, treble winning, back-to-back champion and socceroo. Wish him all the best and he should definitely be near the top of the list when they start erecting the statues at Grahame Park

Let’s not for a moment start a narrative we haven’t come out in front on these deals - we have paid a pittance for years, they have been integral parts of 4 trophies.

We 100000% came out in front here regardless of instant fees or development funds in future years.

Fantastic servants, re signed for minimals when we where spooners and have led us to the greatest memories as mariners fans.

Yes absolutely, legendary memories and more to come surely in Green and Gold, however the memories don't help the clubs financial sustainability.
