ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

So in theory, if it’s Moresche and Gazza going, that means we have x2 visa spots, and Monty and Sergio have just returned from Europe? Are kiwis on visa spots?

I’d be shocked if we got a fee for moresche given he’s only just back from injury, perhaps it’s a high salary he can’t turn down, which is fine. No bad feelings there. If we get a fee for Mcgarry, I don’t mind. Obviously he’s proven to be VERY good which surprised some.

I’m excited if we get 2 visas free, excited to see who Monty brings in.

Maybe still had a niggle didnt risk him traveling that would be the only other reason he didn't travel

As long as we have Tulip, Beni and to a lesser extent, DWH, hopefully with a good visa pickup we can make up for Moresches, honestly getting a fee for him would be huge since he was basically a non factor last season.

If true about Moresche & McGarry, it will free up visa spaces and in Moresche case in particular salary expense....

Faz can slot back to left back...

As others have alluded too the European trips and scouting may see a couple more visa players, compared to the same time last season we are in a better position... hoping for a repeat of excellent visa signings ....

Hopefully we get someone that speaks Portuguese. The connection between Tulio and Moresche was fairly special and I'd hate to see the former become homesick during all the travel we'll do this season.
Actually devo about Moresche if it turns out. I thought he had alot to prove this year and we would have seen a brilliant forward in him next to Alou.
