ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

How can Sozer get the nod? He had an unconvincing showing and then got injured.
I don't personally have any idea of his quality, but it seemed when we signed him that he would be decent enough for 1st choice if not immediately then soon. His unlucky first game isn't much to go off for me

We have lost arguably the best three players we had last year in Birraz, Rowles & Miller.... Faz & Hall although good are not ready to take leadership roles in defence...add we have Aquilina at right back another newbie with Triantis and Windust unsigned talented but young and inexperienced.

Given

who has left,
new owner and more money,
add transfer fees for Rowles & Birraz

We should have a penny or two to spend

Lets assume if its obvious to us it is obvious to the powers at the club... we are roughly 4 to 6 weeks off preseason and less to the Australia cup... 7 October is the official start date 79 days or say 11 weeks away...

My reading of the tea leaf's and tarot cards.... is our next signings will be at the back CB's and keeper.... and be made sometime over the next 6 weeks...
