Im not exactly a Simon fan but as long as the offer is sensible I can live with it. RD we should lock in with transfer fees on the horizon.
Ziggy and Fox are a difficult situation especially when you bring Rowles and Miller in to the picture. I really believe we need a proper Visa CB to lead the backs and I want to see more of Miller. I don’t know how to balance all the pieces of that puzzle and it feels like there’s one too many in that list.

Harold definitely gone out just on leave of absence? I thought there was some mention post COVID of him being allowed to sit out the end of the season to complete his degree.

I think he's gone. Originally I thought he'd signed for longer.
But when he didn't come back after the shut down I looked it up & I'm 99% sure it was only till the end of this season.
Just checking and wiki said it was a short term contract with us. To me that would be until the end of this season.

Miller, Kuol and Silvera meet the 3 under 20 rule.
No visa players signed.

I expect Birraz(hopefully), DRD (I would sign as a pro contract not a scholarship), Ziggy and Matty will be announced soon. That will take us to 13 players, 1 visa player and one scholarship player.

Given the reduced budget how many do we sign? Ideally 22 - but more likely 20 or 21. Possibly 20 plus 2 scholarships.

For me then I think I would go for an extra 7 players including 4 visa players, a scholarship player and 2 others.
I would target LB, CB, AM and Striker as Visa spots.
I'd consider Dan Hall as a CB scholarship player.
We then need a Harold replacement on the left and an Aussie DM/CM

Dan Hall cannot be signed as a scholarship player - he has already turned 21. DRD has not done anything to warrant a full contract - before his 2 goals (which were quality finishes from quality through balls) he had scored one goal in 21 games in A League, NYL and NPL in the last 15 months. Should be scholarship at best.
Ziggy has signed but not announced.
