Tbf Kaltak has looked okay against this level of opposition. The scout reports were right, he’s a great passer and decent tackle timing. Pretty quick.
wait and see against pro opposition.

Silvera and ruhs the stand outs for me.

ACT football is far lower level than NSW PL. However, you can only beat whats in front of you. Like to see us against better opposition.

I hate to say it but I still haven’t seen anything from aqualina to get excited about. Kuzezvski looked significantly better.

Totally agree, every defender thinks he has a shoot on sight mentality so they rush to shut him down. Opens up passing options particularly for ruhs if he’s smart with his positioning. Clear example in tonight’s game, was a good save from the keeper. And cumdog can pick a beaut pass when needed.

One other thing I did notice was Kelechi immediately brought a voice onto the pitch and was visibly directing things from the back, I love that. Can’t wait to see him in action fully fit and sharp. Looks a very solid player at first glance. So calm.

Give yourself an uppercut Michael. Kaltak was MOM. Quick, reads the game, can tackle and passes the ball like Dutchy.
Silvera did well but a few mistakes but looks like he is going to be useful this season. Ruhs was excellent.
Both Fullbacks had good games. Aqualina has redeemed himself. Ballard was solid.
I was also very impressed with Kelechi John's cameo.

What are the odds of Kucevski chucking a Farrell this seasons and breaking out as our starting RB come round 1? (and subsequently Aquilina chucking a Smith and being signed with the intention of starting only to be trumped by a youth player)
