A thought......

Who do you all think has been United's player of the season, _ASIDE_ from Ronaldo (who is almost on a different level entirely).

My money is on Rooney or Vidic.  To watch Rooney grow and mature over the season to become the player he is now, has been nothing short of amazing.  Goal drought??  Become a hard running, hard passing field covering attacker, who also pops up at centre-back.  Not to mention the pace, the strength, and the disappearing (though not completely gone yet ) immaturity and agro.

And the mad Serb??  Surely in the top 5 centre backs in the world at the moment??
