With so many players on the ground and Kuol vaguely touched somebody who fell over, I'm stunned that goal wasn't taken away.
ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!
If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.
ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.
Yep was coming to say that. Stens 2 corners were on the mark. So was the free kick deliveryFinally Clisby off corners, and we score one from it! Great goal!
VAR is random, time wasting crap. With so many players on the ground and Kuol vaguely touched somebody who fell over, I'm stunned that goal wasn't taken away.
yep. I hate that my excitement was subdued because I expected to have it taken away for some made-up offence.VAR is random, time wasting crap.
Exactly, we score a goal and then sit on our hands waiting for a VAR determination that might make no sense. It's cancer.yep. I hate that my excitement was subdued because I expected to have it taken away for some made-up offence.
Good, so long as it is to rest him.No Bozanic
what are you referring to here?Clear yellow!
I remember when I was reffing, the keeper not moving a muscle (as he did) is really helpful. If the keeper moves the ball forwards then you start having to best guess what happened (sometimes I'd just tell the keeper to not move a muscle until I get a view of it....but if I see the keep has moved it forwards, and I run up and it's in by a cm, then there's only one possible outcome....). Biraz did well, and I think he just chose the best way to work with the ref here. You want to not give them ANY reason to think it's a goal.Great TV!!!!!!! Line ball!!!! What a showman Birra!
I forget....... it's Saturday and I'm sucking down the Coopers sparkling ales as fast as I can open them.what are you referring to here?
lol....if it was Stens' card, then I don't think it was - we had another defender right there.I forget....... it's Saturday and I'm sucking down the Coopers sparkling ales as fast as I can open them.
But I stand by my comment.
One of them fouled one of us.....got a yellow.lol....if it was Stens' card, then I don't think it was - we had another defender right there.
I'm putting down the card inconsistency to first game nerves, but he's extremely inconsistent.
Same as the inconsistency in the grabbing - very strict on it in parts of the field where it matters, but looks at how much Kuol was grabbed in his run.
Hall is doing well.
I really, really wish we could score a 2nd. WU are getting way, way too close to scoring too often. Lord knows we've had chances.
