Not mathematically locked in from what I can see. That would put us at 42 and a GD of 5 or more. Brisbane can go to 43 if they win both, Bulls could go to 42 as well but have some GD to make up with 1 game left. I can’t see them putting 4+ on the Nix.

Agreed. Still makes it likely, but the GD could potentially decrease after both our next games too. If we win by 1 and they win by, say, 2, then it's a GD of 4. We lose our last game by 2 and they win by 2...

Given they have to face Sydney it's all very unlikely that they'll make 2 wins, but anything is always possible.

Heck, if BR beat SFC and we win both, then that puts us back into 2nd. I think it's very unlikely we'll lose both - so my argument is that 2nd, while very unlikely, is more likely than 7th.

If we manage to pump NJ though, then it's close to locked in.
