ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

We`re certainly gaining momentum as we head towards the finals.

The Heart will not be a pushover this weekend as long as we keep playing that fluent passing style which we all love.

I think barring injury & suspension we will start to see the top side in action every week as Arnie looks to build on the combinations going into the finals.

Best of luck to all the players as they continue to make us proud..

Note:-It looks like the Jets are gone following their loss to Victory tonight. :eek:verhead: but that will make them even more dangerous on Derby Day.

Might want to delete the double thread.

Good result in the Gold Coast V Adelaide game tonight. We sit 3 points above Adelaide with a game in hand and goal difference better by one. 3 points here would go a long way to securing 2nd.

Should be a good game.

I agree, a win tomorrow night will just about do it.
Adelaide can get a maximum of 53 points, and after their performance last night, they're no good things to beat MV in their last game. Can't remember who they play next.
GCU can get a maximum of 52 points, they are away to Perth on Sunday and then us on Wednesday and then Roar. Their performance last night wouldn't leave you confident about them getting anything, maybe a draw in Perth.

Fold have a few players out that is not helping them...

Hope we win and continue to play like we did last week..

According to my calcs:

To guarantee 3rd place: win one game in next 3.
To guarantee 2nd place: win one game and draw one game in next 3.

The above assumes Gold Coast and Adelaide win all of their remaining games.

First place still possible if we win all of our games with total goal difference of 12 (e..g 4 - nil for all three games) and Roar lose all of their games.

Going on recent history though, someone will find something wrong with my post - bring it on :p

. we won't need to pick up +12 on the goal difference. with brisbane losing, their goal difference will be effected too :ashamed:

Interesting that Heff is not even in the squad!

I hope Sainsbury has been named as just a confidence boost.

Fury to beat Brisbane 9-1 to claim biggest ever A-League win to go with the biggest ever loss in the same season, and crunch Brisbane's goal difference for us ;)
