The last two games while exciting, also ripped the heart out of all our supporters. Give me two 1-0 wins and I'll be excited and see the boys 6 points clear on top of the table...

Laurie has to get the boys to play the game in the best way to beat the opposition. If that means attacking football one week and defensive the next - or defensive football week after week, then so be it.

If games aren't looking pretty then its up to the FFA to look at the rules of the game and how they're being enforced, not up to Laurie or the Mariners.

The way those two 7- and 9-goal thrillers have ended up, it would be very nerve-racking (sorry, "exciting") to be hanging on by one goal.

A disappointing round for u guys but a fantastic end to the year for me.(Roar supporter)

QLD have managed to be on top all of 2 days.. Mustn't be much happening up there if thats all they are excited about.. Given that we were depleted, and to Melb's credit (which hurts to say ) they did play pretty good and would have smashed the banana benders too.

We'll be right next week.. and we'll be back on top after next week & Melb Victory will punish QLD
