    ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

    If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

    ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Has there been anything organised to show our boys that we are there for them on Sunday?
ie: Large banners, flags, streamers, balloons. etc etc.
What happened to the massive Mariners jersey that we had in the bay?
Last time we got showed up by Newcastle where they had a massive banner. We need to do the same !!

We cant here mariners sing.... we cant here mariners sing... so we'll sing on our own!

I make and then wave flags, just look on sunday you will see; when my flags barely stop and yours lay limp on the ground!

Or why dont we throw flares and start fights and have a heavy police presence around us !!!

you would have a better knowledge of flares, being a part of a boating lifestyle community.
Fights start becuase of smartasses and thier racist banners.
The police start more trouble than we do!

Hang on a sec, I need a pen to take some notes...

Do you sing, or wave flags?
Or both?
Do you wave the flags in time with the song?
When there is a break in songs/chants, do you keep waving the flag, or do you also have a break?

So much to think about... might just leave that one to the experts

I'll give you a hot tip - post something that's actually contributing to the discussion (and doesn't make me want to cut myself thanks to your abhorrent grammar) or f**k off.

ahh trolls

wsw fans are feeling pretty good about themselves but they'll be lucky if it lasts. when Popa took over he looked at the league as it was and the 2 teams carving it up were roar and ccm, both playing fast, possession-based, attacking styles. while the rest of the league played catch up Popa decided to build a team to counter it - concede all the possession, absorb and apply energy and creativity only in counterattacks.
Kudos to him, it worked a treat. but if anyone thinks for a second that it'll work so well next year is kidding themselves. teams will spend the off-season analysing and adjusting, one good season doesn't not guarantee anything further. i do expect wsw to be in the top teams most years, at least until Popa inevitably leaves to coach overseas again.

trolls - come back in another 8 years when, with the smallest budget by a long way, you're -
* pulling the biggest per capita crowds,
* have earned the most points of all time,
* been in half of all grand finals,
* played in the ACL every 2nd year,
* won the premiership twice,
* a pre-season cup and
* continually finish at least in the top two most years
just to start. until then you're mere infants claiming the achievements of your elders.

If that happens on Sunday then we should get together and tell the person/s who are telling the supporter to stop to pack there bags and never come back.
We HAVE to be loud and colourful on Sunday as the stadium will be mostly red and black.

Well then as a boatie we will take your flare throwing as a sign of trouble. That you are loosing & the mariners are going to be the champions. Just don't wave your flag for help when you are up here for Chrissy holidays because you are out of flares because we will think you are having a god time instead of knowing you have hit a rock while doing the Poznan.

Great effort for the season - sitting in the stands at BT above you on that wrotten wet night was a sight (But I'm sure some of you owe us for those seats you broke when the penalty was awarded - You should have known better & realised it was just drama for TV & that we would miss - that's what we do best - or was that just foxing because we knew the GF was coming up - Ah even we aren't that good.

I know you are hear to give a little stir nothing wrong with that but can you take it when it comes back?

If you stop singing & waving your flag you might JUST hear us sing. WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS MY FRIEND!

I'm an idiot savant without the pesky savant bit
they broke seats?...yep, there reputation is getting crappier by the second
