ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Get the Poms on the field!

I disagree with you Pom. Crowell hasn't impressed me and Travis is out of form. I don't think either of them offer much more than what is presently being dished up.

I'd rather see the kids on the park than the Brits. They're at least more likely to have significant improvement in them and there's no better time to blood them than at the end of a season that is delivering nothing much else.

why sign Crowell if we aren't going to play him...

+1

needs more time. Comes back to the call that he needed to stick with a starting line up early on and only change when absolutley forced (injury) or given many reasons to (form wether good or bad and not just 1 or 2 games)

Competition for spots is good only when there is a definite level that needs to be reached.

A midfield of Huke, Crowell, Pedj and Hutcho the next time we play Gold Coast would have Miron frothing at the mouth.

We wouldnt create much and we might end up with 8 or 9 on the pitch but it would put wanker culina in his box real quick

Our best games have had him in the mids.

Interestingly, FoxSports Pregame show were just discussing this season's HAL imports. They listed 20 who they think were a success.
The first 4 were CCM players (Travis, McGlinchey, Doig & Crowell).

Not bad IMO, and none of ours made their "Fail" list.

Perhaps this could also have gone in one of the Management threads?
