ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Friday nights game.

Bleiberg: Mariners a spent force

David Lewis  |  January 21st, 2010

PROVOCATIVE Gold Coast coach Miron Bleiberg has labelled the Central Coast Mariners as a spent force in a swipe sure to wind up Lawrie McKinna's men ahead of tomorrow night's battle of Bluetongue Stadium.

Without a win in two months, and with just three points from a possible 24, the seventh-placed Mariners are in danger of going down with all hands on deck.

And Bleiberg is ready to pour kerosene on troubled flames against a side he believes are mentally and physically drained.

With United seeking revenge in Gosford, the scene of a 3-0 rout three months ago, Bleiberg declared: "I saw this coming a while back because the reality is that with their involvement in last year's Asian Champions League the Central Coast have been playing football for a year non-stop.

"They've kept training and kept playing and now they're having their rest.

Last time he talked shit like that the Phoenix smacked em 6-0 lol. But no Hef, Travis and McGlinchey on the bench it might be a tough night. Anyone know if Hef is heading to England? And what club it is?

McGlinchey needed to start that match, didnt see anything wrong with the Hutch tackle, he got the ball bit of an over reaction by the ref and Fold Coast it was just a nice tough tackle. Pfft Huddersfield, when they said top i assumed it must have been Leeds or Norwich or Charlton lol.

Huddersfield are in the last play off spot at the moment, half decent stadium (McAlpine) - if you like soul less bowls.

Joel Porter played there and did quite well. Would be about Heff's level.
