If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Geeze Daniel Bragg is a name i’d forgotten about.
Didn’t he have to have a couple years out because of his heart?

And when did manny peters leave us?!?!?
I don’t care for DDS’s brother..

I love the little digs the edgeworth coach has at Hoole and Broadmeadow.
What a hilarious 24hours it’s been. Can’t wait to watch Hoole get snapped tomorrow.

For anyone wanting to laugh at Hoole getting snapped by part timers go to Bar Tv on YouTube.
Currently live.
He’s already been double teamed and tried to do his shitty little dive and didn’t work and got mauled. Hilarious.

So for those that had better things to do instead of laughing at Hoole.
He did absolutely f**k all before being subbed at 59mins. Zadkovich was constantly yelling “hooley stay active” and “hooley pick ya man and go with him”
He struggled to track back as usual. Very average on the ball. Zero effort. Tried a few times to win free kicks in his usual slowly falling manner that didn’t work at all. And each time he tried he was just swarmed by the edgeworth boys.
In all honesty he looked like your average NPL player. What a piss weak attitude. You’d assume he’s been training with Magic for atleast 2 weeks also.
You’d also think with 2 other ex pros at Magic in James Virgili and the more recent Mitch Oxborrow and even Kristian Brymora who go out every weekend in npl and get well stuck in, and show excellent quality for the most part, that it would rub off on Hoole.
Newy NPL has a lot of high quality technical players but pretty much everyone who plays in that league is no nonsense in every tackle.
If Hoole doesn’t change his attitude (he won’t) he’s going to have a broken bone before seasons end.

Watched about ten minutes and it's clear he has brought the same attitude to Broadmeadow that he brought to us. He clearly has the technical ability to succeed at A-League level but he doesn't seem to want to put the effort into to do so, such a shame.

I don’t see it as a shame at all. His attitude and personality deserves to be put on blast.

On paper when an ex aleague player with 136 games on his CV, especially at the age of 25, drops to NPL you should 100% see the massive gap in quality no matter if it’s that players first 58mins down in npl.
The only comparable player to hooles situation is Oxborrow. He only has 49 aleague appearances and when he gets on the ball, and even off it, 9/10 times you’ll see a very large gap in quality over the NPL players.

Definitely had better things to do.

He never had the mental aptitude to succeed or a left foot
Yeah I had better things to do too, but watched 10 minutes while waiting for the BBQ to get up to heat.
He didn't do much in the bit I watched.
Came back in after putting the meat in and he was lining up a free kick with another bloke.
The other bloke took it. Would have been 2 points if they were playing league.
