Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. Sadly a few players were very quiet tonight - Nizzy and Urena in particular. Can't really blame Urena, as service to him was poor.

Defensive unit was outastanding.

Seeing how much this hurt the players could be a good thing for the season ahead.

Negatives
  • We lost
  • We don't play the ACL

Positives
  • The team put in a much improved performance as they recover more from Covid.
  • We don't play the ACL (having played 4 less games than some teams do we need the possibility of having to play another 7 games with such a small squad?)
  • Jason Cummings to come in
  • Matty to come in (fingers crossed)
  • Muller looks like he has overcome injury and will add experience to the squad.
  • The fact that the loss hurt the players will hopefully drive their hunger

I am champing at the bit to see Poopavichs acting turds at home as long as Ku*t Ams is not the ref, godawful example of fairness he is!
