All Hutcho did was kick a ball up so that it came down harmlessly into the crowd. Nothing to answer for. Griffiths started the melee and strangling a Mariners player but get's off. McAlliser utters a few expletives and cops a one match ban. I am truly over the persecution of our club.

AAAAARRRRHHHHH!!!!!!!  I bet the club don't see it that way now they have a "please explain".  Take off the blinkers, pleeeeeazzzz!

I would have thought blinkers shield things from your view, not make you hallucinate!

Sounds like an 'old soccer' outcome to me.

Why is SackerWacker so protected? Is it because the wanker won the POTY last year, and they are too embarrassed to sanction him?

Some blue words in earshot of only the players and officials - Red card
Strangulation - please feel free to attempt in full view of 10k+

Very strange decision and gutless decision.

Strange and gutless, the 2 qualities the FFA seem to be looking for from the MRP.

So Breeze saw Allsop drop his shoulder into Kossie and decided to ignore it. That he was wrong seems to be irrelevant. The MRP dont have the balls to correct a mistake

can i run a different line here - it's actually better than we've had for the last couple of years. this time, they've got a process in place for reviewing incidents and then reporting afterwards.

this sends two clear messages - the first is that there is a process in place to deal with matters missed by officials, and the second is that they're willing to put it all up there in black and white for all of us to go over their judgements.

this introduces a far greater accountability than has been present in the last 3 years, and frankly better than the last three decades. argue about the outcomes for sure, but the process is looking much better from my view.

I agree we now see a better process in place.

Please let me know who is in this match review committee so that I can comment accordingly on their insight.

They are seeing things through tainted glasses in my opinion.

How can we be the only team who suffer from this dust up?

A loss of points? Who suffers here?
2 players to miss the next game? Again who suffers here?  :soapbox:

Come on guys where is the balance?

Are these the same guys who could not see Allsopp dropping the shoulder into Kosmina?

These sort of decisions make me start to wonder if my decision to support the "A" league with my hard earned rather than the NRL was the way to go.

I am Pi**ed off bigtime

Personally I've got no problem with the Allsopp vs Alf incident. Middleby shoulder charges Allsopp towards Alf and really this shows that sackme fc hates there coach as much as the rest of us do.

To be honest if Sackwacker went so did Hutcho which may not of been such a good result for us. We have a chance to argue why we shouldn't be penalised for this incident so lets just get a good lawer and move on.

I have a strange feeling if this was in the reverse and Griffo had kicked the ball at you and Hutcho defended you guys, you would calling for Griffo to be suspended and nothing for Hutcho.

And if Simon, Sasho or Mrdja had run into Kossie/GVE. You would have said it was unavoidable.

McCallister is desperately unlucky, shouldnt have been Red. I feel as though FFA were backed into a corner there with that suspension.

since when the f**k did a single yellow mean simon misses a game,

http://www.foxsports.com.au/story/0,8659,24854034-5000940,00.html

unless its matching up to the yellow against perth, which was 5 weeks ago, and
as far as i can see thats pretty shite form on ffa`s part,
dmacs was suprising, ridiculous and frikkin unlucky considering,
all things that happened before ( i presume the red stands regardless).

sounds like the remaining strikers have a busy 90 coming. . . .

Come on folks, we all know Hutchinson likes to antagonise the other clubs fans.

Whoever started it, is possibly irrelevant. The facts are that a ball was kicked into the crowd by Hutchinson, and shortly after that, a melee broke out with the c**t grabbing Hutchinson by the throat. Two offences there.

I am so bloody sick of Hutchinson getting involved in these sort of dramas. It's unprofessional, and could lead to a bloody riot one day. There are also allegations that he was giving the Scum supporters some lip on the way to the tunnel too. Stop doing this John or you face starting something that could lead to a catastrophe.

Also, it's OK for Hutch to show his contempt for the Newcastle supporters, he has his WRX in a secured car park or goes home on the team bus.

We, all of us, have to venture to that shithole and get home by our own means, no security. One of these days he will incite the Newcastle supporters so much that one of us going home will cop it from some bogan gang and wind up in hospital.

I think most of the Newcastle supporters accept a defeat well enough as any other team's supporters.

But if there's controversial incidents during the game, or someone like our man Hutch 'engages' the supporters like he has done on numerous occasions, the tension is raised just a bit, and the hard core element get incensed. In short, he's doing not much more than inciting the crowd (a criminal offence).

clarence,
you make a good point that I hadn't considered.
If Hutch fires up the bogans enough, we're going to be the victims.
It's not too likely, but it is a definite possiblity which would be detrimental in so many ways.

I really like Hutch being a villian to the Jets. But I would say, perhaps now, enough is enough.

. alf  :piralaugh:

. i have only seen stills of the incident ... but i don't understand why dropping the shoulder is that bad - if a collision was inevitable, it is the safest thing for allsopp to do as kossie is likely to be bringing his knee up to protect himself

. the main issue most people have is that the jest (and joelene in particular) received no punishment when dylan and matty were singled out for much lesser offences (which you sort of acknowledged)

. if reports on here are true i'd suggest things that happen on the field have no effect on increased tensions ... i recall reports of jest fans damaging cars and terrorising young families - and that was after they won (i think). i'd also suggest that the supporter groups (singularly or as a whole) have a much greater impact on 'tension levels'

. granted it was the wrong thing to do - just as things like danny giving the finger to opposition fans (which i think is even worse) are wrong and may incite violence among the lunatic fringe

. as a fan i think you are at greater risk of 'attack' because of a dodgy referee's decision or singing songs like 'one-nil and you f**ked it up'

Looks like sackwacker didnt get out of it completely scot free.
His punishment is being made captain of the Jets.

http://au.fourfourtwo.com/news/91864,new-skip-griff-vows-discipline.aspx

This sends a great message to the inbred kids in scumcastle that look up to him.
"Strangle an opposition player, thats a captaincy"

I'd like to know who else deserves a red card for language because I'm certainly sure Diver Joel would be up there with the best.  He is an appaulling marquee player his behavoiur is not one any player would want to follow and as for a leader he is not.

Hutcho I thought was stupid for kicking the ball into the stand as it was Jade North's last game and would have been great to keep the ball.  I think that Hutcho thinks too often with his little richard.

Based on what I have seen of our dickhead element and theirs, what happens on the field is not going to make them more (or less) likely to behave like twats.

Good point, a bit of consideration would have gone a long way.

Last reports from the squadron say the ball Hutcho kicked single headedly caused a fire, burning down an orphanage, killing all occupants and is suspected to be the cause of Israels rocket attacks on Gaza.............according to the squadron that is.

From the BBC

Hutcho pounds Gaza for fourth day

The Jest say Hutcho has killed 320 Palestinians since booting the ball into the air on Boxing Day

The ball Hutcho booted has been boucing around the Gaza strip for a fourth day, with raids on a number of Hamas government buildings and security installations.

Rebounds early on Tuesday killed at least 10 people, medical officials in the coastal enclave said.

About 320 Palestinians have died since Saturday, the Jest MB's say .

UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon has called for an immediate ceasefire and condemned Hutcho's actions

While recognising Hutcho's  right to pour shit on the filthy bogan hordes, he condemned his "excessive use of force".
