ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Does Richie Vernes have golfers shoulder

I have seen nothing from Vernes to tell me he is worth a visa spot over an Australian. Fortunately for him, and the club, and this forum, I have no interest in being the new coach.

The few times Vernes has been on with Caceres they seem to have a good understanding, as Caceres does this with Ferriera. Maybe a more attacking Mariners will suit him

If we play 4-3-3 next season with a front six set up like this he could shine.

--------------------Monty/Rose----------

-------------Cacares/Tricky----Vernes/Kalik

Fabio/Cernak-------New Strikers-------New LW/Fitzy

Our real problems are the central defence and strikers. Anderson, Bosnar, Griffiths and Major must all think they are on borrowed time.

Do you know, I can't remember seeing Griffiths play. His contract ends at the end of this season. How is his rehab. going from his injury, is he training yet?

Major, well, we've hardly seen him, have we? How many starts has he got so far, 3 or 4 ? Is that enough for us to form an opinion yet?
Ando & Bosnar, it's hard to say whether the TD will retain them. imo they won't be with us next season.

Griffiths has returned from injury and got his normal red card in a NYL game.
