My family have a three story place in Umina. The rents work on Saturday so it wouldnt be a problem. Also we live on top of a hill so theres always plenty of wind for drying.
The only 2 problems would be
1) People would have to come to Umina lol
2) Energetic little brother would have to be tolerated.
Just so you all know i am 21 and not some little 16 year old offering his parents rental proptery.
