    ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

    If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

    ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Us and Wellington are the stand outs.
I feel like Sydney are starting to turn into something, Victory don’t really scare me they kinda flooked their undefeated run with heaps of draws at the beginning of year but yeah us and Wellington are the heavyweights, this year it feels like there is a little less competition but I’m not complaining if that means trophy’s will come our way!

Guess who was in the VAR box? Mr Mammaries aka Kris Griffiths-Jones. An absolute clown with a pathological hatred of the Mariners. Ridiculous fool....i hope he gets suspended for such utter ineptitude.
My goodness Manboobs was adjudicating yes you are so right about his unadulterated bias but you know I enjoy regarding him as being as popular as a turd in a public pool and to cap it off the guy is as useful as a hole in a condom and I will go a little farther and suggest his father should have worn a condom!

Just watched extended highlight.

* Nizzy’s assist was a nuddy!!!

Literally a through ball, a proper kinda diagonal through ball but also a very planned nuddy.
Take a bow Mr Nisbit.

And your goal was ok as well.

* Torres still dangerous but that one in 88th min I think had space on left foot and took a quick shot, rather than those in round 8/9/10/12 etc where Nizzy lays off and he takes touch and bangs hard and low.
Definitely a little shift in mentality.

Need to put that moment from today on the big tv at training and put it right next to the 3/4/5 he scored weeks ago to get that same feel back and mindset the same.

Back in my Premier League coaching days I used to take the strikers and wingers for specialised one-on-one training - because you'd always get a few at that level.

The number one thing was this... have a plan. Already know what you're going to do if the opportunity arises. Just like taking penalties.

Number two thing, was remember to look at the ball when you shoot. So many see the out-rushing keeper and take their eye off the ball. Game over.

An out rushing keeper will forget where his goals are if you take him one way then shift back instantly. Chances are he'll show you half the goal and you just have to pass it in.

Over to you Jacko.
