I drove past the stadium today and the area where they are looking at developing doesn't really look big enough for a hotel?

the area shown as a triangle is approx 4990 sq meters pushed hard up against the stadium.
plenty of room for a hotel

I'd love the Mariners to control the stadium and it was just a thought as I drove past.
