With Arnold's comment in that press release, and the fact that most leagues have pretty much finished now, I'd assume a couple more decent signings will be announced very soon.

By the reckoning I believe you have 20 players signed (including 6 u21s?)  And if there is no marquee you can only sign 22 max.... So you'd assume there is the Argie no 10 and maybe 1 more and that will be it.

Just because there is no marquee does not mean you can't fill the squad. Just spend less on all players.

Just because there is no marquee does not mean you can't fill the squad. Just spend less on all players.

I seriously remember reading somewhere that if you don't have a marquee you can only sign 22.  Don't ask me where, I'm trying to find it or get clarification.

Either way, you're only likely to sign another 2 at most.  I reckon we'll probably run even lighter at 21 this year

I actually think that this is purely for illustrations in the table and 23 are allowed in the squad.

the lucky bugger got a bobble the very last second which allowed the ball to dip

he was aiming for pure power but ended up chipping the keeper because of this bobble
