I know people like Monty, but we have consistently played the exact same game plan week after week.

Against a few teams it works as it plays well against the opposition structure.

But only maybe 1 out of 5 teams don’t adapt and we run over them.

For the rest of them they work out our bait system, set up their lines and block us in the middle third.

Hence why our midfield is forced back and ineffective.

Wide backs where wide mids should be getting passes. We actually make the pitch compact in attack and try and go over the top with the long wide ball.

That is our move.
