Well this is interesting. If you know the ref is going to cheat you may as well rest some key players!! Avoid cards! More likely he thinks the bulls are weak and he'll rest a few. Not sure when Faz camp starts, maybe been instructed to rest him or decided not to risk spoiling it for him?

Played fairly intermittently for them all season, but Baccus and Hollman are normally preferred to him. Done decently when actually given an opportunity.
Not a chance. Monty will know bagging 3 points here is important. You play the A team and sub early if in a good spot,
