Yes at least twice that I noticed but there may have been a couple I missed.At this stage of his career he should only be doing the safe pass to his fellow CB or to Ballard/Steele,Nisbet if they are in close proximity and at least one of them should be if they are doing their job.Otherwise only do a longer pass if it is going to bypass the midfield completely.Because our FBs are often high up the pitch a pass to them can be risky especially if the opponents have quick wingers.He will learn as I feel with Farrell having GF there will be a place for him in the next few games unless Triantis is back if the U 20s are knocked out tonight.
