ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

I think he has great first touch when not tired but he doesn't yet have the engine to keep it up consistently. There's a big difference between his first involvements in a game and his latter ones.
I agree that his touch goes as he gets tired (like everyone tbh).

But for me he also has a window in his first 5-10 minutes where the adrenaline is buzzing and he hits everything at 100mph. He isn't relaxed and taking softer touches. Generally it results in the ball bouncing up his body or into tackling range.

Once that initial buzz does off he has a good touch.

Would like to see him be a bit more circumspect with those unnecessary flicks he does from time to time but that comes with experience.

Migzy was coming good towards the back end of last season and it is unfair to judge his performances this campaign off the back of a number of injury issues.

He undoubtedly has talent and ability and let’s not forget the loyalty he showed the club by staying and not heading overseas.

Let’s all hope that will get to see the best of him next season.

Reckon that young Socceroos injury has delayed his departure to Europe for atleast 2 years, poor bugger.

I agree. I rate him. But in the first couple of minutes of his involvement he tried to do everything at pace which results in a poor first touch.

Once that initial burst of adrenaline goes he slows down on the ball a fraction and his touch settles into a quality touch.
