ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

So no one has heard anything about what went on at the share holders meeting? Not even a rumor? No Russians? Nothing?

I also wouldn't mind hearing what was said by Paul, Shaun and Mike at the Mariners Medal night if anyone went.

. nothing of note to report ... no mention of the shareholders meeting, no mention of new signings

. mike rambled on for some time in some bizarre love-in mini-roast of shaun during which i threw up a little in my mouth and then dozed off ... sorry if he actually had anything worthwhile to say because i missed it

. monty, as always, was the true professional of the evening. clearly a class above everyone

I recently read of some cultural changes Huddersfield made at their club, such as the players living within 10k of the training facilities, the team using the gym with the public, regular meals at the club with all players and staff. I wonder what elements of Huddersfields success, aside from, mooy that the Mariners might/have implemented.
I heard that players were living in Sydney and commuting to the club while walmsleynwas in charge.
Culture is king after all.

Wasn't aware. Thanks for enlightening me.
One day eh.? When the club wants success maybe.
Two years ago i saw all the Sydney boys standing at the shell servo at wahronga waiting for the team bus to come off the freeway to take them all to the airport for a game.

That said it's an attraction that players can still live in Sydney and commute and why not heaps of us go the otherway.

As a player id rather luve here, would hate to travel after training.
