ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

He looks like Harry's Redknapp's love child!

London to B'ham is at least a 2 hour drive probably more.

Must be getting released or has been..
Had high hopes for Glover at the start of last season, Tottenham did too.
PL clubs are quite brutal with young players once they hit the early 20s though.

The M40 is about 143km long.
From Tottenham area it takes about 15mins to get onto it & the speed limit is roughly 160km/hr so travelling time is around an hour

Said no one ever - 2 hours plus to Birmingham from there AFTER you hit the M40 -ggogle says 2 1/2

Love how everyone (most likely our English contingent ;)) are being very specific in the actual travel times. :p
No need really as ...

I was merely taking the piss out of Glover :innocent:
.... because he chose to travel a 4hr round trip every day from the Gong instead of being made to live on the CC.

Some may argue that as a point of dedication

To me it was a total lack of 'buy-in' to the Club, The Coast & it's people.
.... zero commitment.

It’s the off-season and our Pommy contingent our still trying to calculate travel times because it’s was supposed to be coming home but there seems to have been some traffic problems as it hasn’t arrived.
To soon :D

BERNIE IBINI MAKES UAE MOVE:
1_630_1120_1_70_-News-20180809102358_8446800411_f6d35280e7_o.jpg

Australian winger Bernie Ibini has left MLS club Vancouver Whitecaps to join UAE outfit Emirates Club.

The 25-year-old has penned a permanent deal with the UAE Pro League club with the details undisclosed.

The ex-Sydney and Central Coast Mariner started and provided an assist on the weekend for Vancouver in a 2-2 draw with New York City.

He made 26 appearances for the Canada-based club after joining them in May 2017 following a loan spell with Sydney FC where he won the A-League double.

The move to UAE isn't Ibini's first into Asia, having previously spent time in China with Shanghai SIPG.

The two-time Socceroo had made a dream move to Europe in 2015 when he signed with Belgian powerhouse Club Brugge but suffered a broken leg early in his time at the club.

Glad Bernie's made a move, as I've been recording Vancouver White Caps games on ESPN hoping to see how he's going
..... hasn't even been used as a sub for the last 2-3 months and I gave up recording the games.
(Ironically he started on the weekend & got 54 mins :headbutt:)

Dont know if UAE is the right league for him, but if it means game time and some extra dollars until something better comes along .... so be it.
