Chris herd apparently had some actual personal issues according to Aston villa.
He isn't available for selection to them either...

Sad for Lucas, but it happens to everyone sooner or later. Problem is he hasn't been playing & getting match fitness regularly lately, even Messi & his ilk couldn't be effective under those circumstances.

Apparently Trent played for the youth team & his knee is sore again. Needs to grin & bear it for W/Cup or needs surgery. He is waying up his options

I doubt Trent or Wilko will make the squad. Maybe Wilko in the 30, but Sains hasn't got one capped and Wilko was panned by quite a few when he did play.

Oli should make the squad for sure, and I really think Bernie should be given a shout at the extended squad, depending on fitness of other strikers.

Also, no brainer, Maty Ryan to get at least 2 starts at Brazil, if not then 3.

Oli has dropped off at his club on the bench now. Great start but died off as the season has gone on. Would be in doubt to make the squad IMO

Trents knee - says to big risk - Ange makes the decision for him - Surgery

Wilko might make it based on Neill & possibly Trent missing out - Backup at best

Berni would be a smokey - But would kill it with his dribbling & speed - Only him & Troisi lit up the league at the end of the season IMO

I agree with that, but he'd probably end up at their Segunda side, Castilla. Unless they sell Diego Lopez, in which case he'd be either 2nd or 3rd choice.

They could buy & re-loan back for a few years. Definately no spot there as No. 1 for a few years. Don't do it unless they let you play somewhere else. Chelsea style.

Getting attention & getting a bid are different but to have a club like that even watching. Well done Matty
