He has left the club, ie. Coonan = JUDAS!!

I'm disappointed no one reacted to this.

Ben is one of the heroes of CCMFC, IMO. Determination and loyalty. A classic rebukement of our rivals that will be rare to see in these days of modern football. His involvement with the club is a great story.

When the history of our club is written in the future Ben will deserve a glowing entry.

Ben was always helpful for the Mariners. However, my enduring memory of him will be the Australian - Japan match at the world cup. It's about 82 mins into the match - Australia down
1 - 0 and they do a crowd shot looking at the disheartened Aussie fans. Ben is sitting there, looking depressed with his head in his hands. A minute later Timmy scores and we are on the way back.

Always been a help to me, from a frantic call on match day when I lost my access pass to helping me compile my CCM history (part of which is the stats in my sig) and the season of futsal were all great memories.

Sigh... the most succesful kid from school is moving on to bigger and better things.  How on earth am i suppose to compete with that, mum is never going to let me hear the end of this.

My best mariners memory will always be dropping you off at the crown plaza the morning after a game in Newcastle.  The team were just heading to breakfast and witnessed your ramshackle arrival, they all clapped you on your way in.  Classic.
