Painting plastic seats isn't a great idea, the paint will flake and they'll look shitty in no time. They're moulded in their final colour; you're better off simply replacing them. Mind you, they're probably something like $50 a pop, so 20,000 x $50 and you're spending a million bucks on cosmetics while we're short staffed and struggling to tread water.
