APL apparently said they were lenient on SFC - including getting off completely for a 3rd offence - because they themselves didn't notice the breaches.

So the club that Danny Good-Bloke runs is either flouting the rules or too incompetent to comply with them, and the organisation old matey runs as his side hustle is too unwilling or incompetent to detect the breaches, and once someone does point it out to them, decide that because they themselves are also corrupt, incompetent or both, they don't feel it would be fair to punish Sydney.

I get the outrage but SFC lost both games, so the ‘error’ wasn’t compounded by them benefitting unfairly. It would have been interesting if APL had docked them points, had SFC won either of those games.

CH 9 just mentioned FIFA have sealed 3 months of exclusive rights for all women's World cup stadiums. Meaning several NRL clubs will be looking for other stadiums. So July to August next year I think there'll be a lot of league games in Gosford.

I hope he isn't - the game is three days before the A League Grand Final - I would much rather Monty and the team be involved in this rather than the All Stars Game. Although if we are knocked out earlier then it would be great for Monty and a number of the boys to be involved, even though who knows what sort of squad Barcelona will bring 3 days after the conclusion of La Liga.
