ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!
If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.
ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

'Do you want to be run by a government committing war crimes?': A-League ownership under fire
Links to an Indonesian executive jailed over a match-fixing scandal — and accusations of "sportswashing" by a wealthy Arab state — have been uncovered in an investigation into foreign ownership in the A-League.www.abc.net.au
Come on, you've got to admit that being owned by the guy who oversees the 234 billion dollar sovereign wealth fund of the UAE is going to have its detractors. You can't deny the massive human rights issues that this ownership brings with it. It's surprising that it hasn't come up in a 4corners report already.MC has never had human rights concerns raisedOh, its the non-white Muslim owners that the ABC have a problem with thern.
Idiots feature Roar when the Bakries already sold out.
If you're going down that path should anyone be doing business with China? Or have you switched to an electric vehicle since their wealth is derived from oil? Don't get me wrong there's issues there but where's the line? You can't deny the massive human rights issues that this ownership brings with it. The line is wherever you set it. Everyone has their own. I've never looked at the CFG's ownership of heart through that lens until it's pointed out. We are all probably more lenient with this one because of our entertainment/passion/sport choices. Doesn't make that 4corners story any less valid. If you're going down that path should anyone be doing business with China? And isn't being a nomad damaging Western United, as everyone suspected it was a strange decision for a new team especially with no home ground for a long time. And why are the Nix in this competition??? You would get more out of a second Brisbane or Adelaide team and not forgetting the Gong or Canberra would also add more followers. Some updated stats from Roy Morgan about fan followers of A-League clubs and the league in general. Hmmm, that statement bears little resemblance to the line the PFRA is spouting, so it seems like there is something of a schism under the surface.![]()
