Western Sydney Wanderers will begin pre-season by searching for a new head coach after sacking Jean-Paul de Marigny less than three months after he was appointed to the role permanently.
The 56-year-old's contract was terminated on Monday. Sources close to de Marigny suggested issues with direction, recruitment, youth players and relationships with support staff led to the axing just three days before the team was set to begin pre-season training.
