ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Im more interested in how he went from training with Inter Milan, and playing for the Azzurini...to playing in the 3rd and 4th divisions in Italy.

Mmmmmmmm......sounds more like an old waster looking for a free holiday because he's no longer wanted in the lower divisions of Italy. :-\

I hope I'm wrong.

Finally, some progress. Hope he is a gun.

Can't believe he has been staying here all that time without signing a deal. Seems a bit weird, must be very keen on a new life in Aus.

Or a has been.

well he has been trialling for the last couple of weeks so i guess lawrie would have a fair indication of his abilities

the only other two players from memory that have signed from trials are mile and matty simon and they turned out ok

pedj bojic is another player who trialed for free.

Why would a washed up player go all the way to australia and work for free for so long, just for a free holyday ??

The only other person I know who trialled with a Serie A club, then played Serie C, before coming to Australia was Striker 9.  ;)
Haven't seen him on the forum for a while, he must be working hard.  ;D

Its not a holiday, if you read the article he is after a long term deal and is bringing his family with him.

How do think I feel? I follow Inter and now they are managed by the "Special One". Special what - I am still trying to work out.

Many are tipping Inter for champions league glory this season :p

Try getting ahead of the mighty Lazio in Italy though :)

Hehehehe...you know how hard I work!

Also, nothing wrong with Serie C - it is far superior to the A-League.

The HAL and CCM in particular are by far the best team in the whole wide world.

Anyone who disagrees needs a good hiding (or so I was told today)

Could solve short term problem.  Jedi to shore up rudderless defence and Merenda to play Defensive middie in this place.

I'm pretty sure Merenda hasn't got a clearance from the FFA. But thats great thinking Jedinak played great at CB against NZ at Knox grammar
