Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

5pm tomorrow. Spewing I am going to the cricket and missing this match so close to my home. I think Woy Woy Oval will be a cracking little venue for this match. Not missing the Australia Day match there.

Does anyone know what is the deal for tickets? I heard the club is going to email a redemption voucher but I have not received anything. The other members in my group are keen to go.

The capacity of the grandstand is 600 which is about half of our ALW average crowd. A redemption voucher sounds like a good idea if it had been done a couple of weeks ago rather than the day before the game, especially as the office is not taking phone calls over the xmas period and there is always issues that arise when sending out emails and codes (accepting email queries only).

. yep pretty piss-poor

. also the only time I have heard any mention of the redemption was at the game on NYE (shame if you missed it ... the game or the message)

. apparently there is an email going out later today

. i expect several bunches of bewildered people fronting up to the Woy with only their membership card and no clue about redemptions

I have received the CCM email and have tried a number of times to redeem tickets on ticketek website We are GA members, any tips would be appreciated?

I thought our membership granted us access to all men’s and women’s games.

Yes looks like sold out already. I got straight on and got tickets for 2 of my families memberships, don't hate me, but failed with the next one.

A bit of a joke. I got the email at 1220pm and tried to access tickets a few mins after with no success but amazingly can buy a family ticket and concession now for $33! I’m not adverse to paying a few dollars but a bit poor when my annual memberships don’t get free tickets and others do when clearly tickets still available.

. I don't hate you, my anger is directed elsewhere
You say that now, but wait while tomorrow and i am sat smugly in the ground whilst you punch on with the poor intern despatched to man the membership tent tomorrow 🤣

On a serious note, something doesn't add up. Selling all the seats out was never in doubt, but I can't believe it sold out faster than a Taylor Swift gig. Surely we didn't have 600 members jump on straight away to grab tickets?

Possibly something like they’ve reserved space for ALW specific members and didn’t expect many redemptions by ALM members. Super weird the redemptions wouldn’t spill over to standing areas though.

. I must be getting predictable in my old age - already had that conversation ... but to be fair I said I'd pick out the most senior member of staff I could find (of course that could be one and the same)

. If my experience is any guide, it had sold out before my email was sent ... imagine the anger and disappointment of a swifty missing out under those circumstances and add in another 30 or 40 years of 'life experiences' in bitterness. 🤔😆😡
