Zero movement in the front third. So static.
Feels like Em got her starting line up front wrong today, as Ras and Evans were pretty ineffective, although our two English girls also missing great chances didn’t help.
Good to see Izzy back on the pitch, ironically against the same grubs who disgracefully crocked her at Kogarah.
It just seemed like we gave Vuck too much respect in the first half and when we tried to up the intensity in the second half, we had already given ourselves too big a hill to climb unfortunately.
The ref was very poor today and gave our girls very little across the ninety, especially the non award of a pen for the foul by Gielnik, which could have tied the score at the time.
The girls need to bounce back quickly from this result and hopefully Gallic’s injury won’t rule her out against Western.
