ccmfans.net is the Central Coast Mariners fan community, and was formed in 2004, so basically the beginning of time for the Mariners. Things have changed a lot over the years, but one thing has remained constant and that is our love of the Mariners. People come and go, some like to post a lot and others just like to read. It's up to you how you participate in the community!

If you want to get rid of this message, simply click on Join Now or head over to https://www.ccmfans.net/community/register/ to join the community! It only takes a few minutes, and joining will let you post your thoughts and opinions on all things Mariners, Football, and whatever else pops into your mind. If posting is not your thing, you can interact in other ways, including voting on polls, and unlock options only available to community members.

ccmfans.net is not only for Mariners fans either. Most of us are bonded by our support for the Mariners, but if you are a fan of another club (except the Scum, come on, we need some standards), feel free to join and get into some banter.

Not sure if there is already a thread for this, had a quick gander, couldn't see anything.

This is a must win for sure, we need to pull our fingers out and get to work.

A draw or loss is out of the question if we want to savor something out of this season, even though I have already considered this season as a write off - cannot hurt to have wishful thinking lol.

I would like to see the same lineup as AFC:Elite except Theo start on the bench but that wont happen unfortunately...

I just want to see a home win. Haven’t seen one this season which is crazy. I have missed 1 game… guess which one 🥴

I realised the other day that I have, without realising, stopped getting nervous or excited about games. Mariners games have become something to get mildly interested in, they take up a few hours of my time and I feel very little at the end of them.

I suspect this is acceptance.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m still passionate about the Club and god I hope we turn things around at some point. But my expectations this season are gone.

Theo is the match winner....if he turns up. He is our best attacking weapon when he gets his shit together.

I was pleased with out performance [even though it was a loss] in our last AFC match. Real grit and focus. WSW are no Kawasaki Frontale. In fact that could be a chant "You're no Ka Wa Saki" at the drive by fans. It might even give our players a lift by reminding them what they are capable of.

Maybe last season, but with 1 assist in nearly 600 minutes, that's the same amount as Feijao in his 420 odd minutes (and no goals to either). I think it's time for Theo to go back to being an impact player, he has been off this season with most of the rest of the team

Theo’s main calling card is winning penalties or free kicks in the front third.

Allows us to catch our breathe and get off defence for a bit.

However without Ballard and Nizzy I do feel he has been more useful as a sub than starter this year.

Will be super interesting who’s fit and available today.

Haven't been to many games this year due to travels OS and other irritating reasons.

Will be there this evening and looking forward to a season defining performance.

Attending with a mate who was a WSW fan but has recently moved to Copa and now supports the CCM. Will be interesting to see how he reacts to his old club being beaten...

Fairly clear that Charlesworth has done what he always does and effectively shut the club down while he tries to find a buyer/investor.
Apart from the Roar he is a terrible owner and we will drift back to the bottom without a saviour.
Fully expect Jacko to "pursue another opportunity" next season and we go to wish for some cheap dud

Sadly I agree. We will not keep Jacko beyond this cluster of a season.

We got our recruiting wrong, our transfer window wrong and worst of all, our community engagement wrong most of all.

Jacko might see the potential next year with all the young guns, ready to mix them with some new experienced players.

Or get a job overseas and poach the best ones off contract. Haha
